My Account

The page can be accessed by clicking upon the My Account link on the Preferences menu.

My Account screen allows a user to update his Username, name, language, address, and contact information. Some information, such as the Organization Name, cannot be edited.

My Account

  1. Username, First Name, Middle Initial, and Last Name fields with Prefix and Suffix dropdowns and fields with First Login Date & Time and Last Login Date & Time
  2. First Login Date & Time and Last Login Date & Time — Fields with the First and Login date & times of the user
  3. Job Title, Department fields to enter the respective information
  4. Language dropdown
  5. Payment Action to select the mode of payment i.e., Auth or Sale
  6. Transaction category to select the default terminal type of the user whether Card Present ot Card Not Present
  7. Demographic Information section with the address information for the user
  8. Phone Number, Mobile Number, and Fax Number fields with Country Code dropdowns
  9. Email field with User's email address
  10. Reset and Save buttons

Clicking the Reset button will clear all user-entered data and restore the default user information. Clicking the Save button will save the new user information.
